Because it changes. Prices move with each release, and lots sell between updates — a published list would be out of date within days and would send you to a home that's already gone. Every floor plan, square footage and elevation is open on this site; we send the live price list and the remaining lots the same day you ask.
Townhomes are 5% in total: $10,000 on signing, the remainder spread across five months, with the balance due 60 days before closing. Detached homes are 6%: $15,000 on signing, then the same extended structure. It's a deliberately gentle schedule compared with most pre-construction purchases.
Yes. Wellwood is a freehold community of townhomes and detached homes — you own the home and the land it sits on. Speak with us about any common-element fees that apply to specific blocks.
Free assignment is currently included, a value of $10,000 plus legal fees. Conditions apply and the incentive can be withdrawn, so confirm it's still on the release you're buying into before you sign.
If the base price drops for the same elevation and product in the same phase and community while your home is under construction, you're reimbursed the difference at closing. An RBC guarantee locks in the value at the time of purchase, so there's no reassessment at closing.
